G.S. Wilcox & Co. has arranged a $7 million loan for a six-building, 240,000-square-foot industrial flex park in Gloucester County, the commercial mortgage banking firm said.
The new loan for the Blackwood property is fixed for a seven-year term with a 25-year amortization, the Morristown-based firm said in a news release. The financing was provided by Southern Farm Bureau Life Insurance Co., a correspondent lender represented by G.S. Wilcox, for a repeat customer of the firm.
The financing was arranged by the Wilcox team and Principal David Fryer, the firm said.
The property is nearly 95 percent leased to a roster of more than 30 tenants.
