Woodmont Properties has opened the doors to an upscale, 230-unit apartment community in the Morris County township of Roxbury.
With leasing well underway, the developer this week announced the debut of what’s known as Woodmont Parc at Roxbury. The complex of three-story elevator buildings, which sits between Route 46 and Interstate 80, is already nearly 40 percent leased.
Woodmont joined local officials recently for a ceremonial ribbon-cutting at 400 Cardinal Court in the town’s Ledgewood section.
“With today’s ribbon cutting ceremony, we celebrate a new Woodmont community we are extremely proud of,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties. “These homes are an incredible contribution to a desirable town. The successful leasing activity further demonstrates how much our residents appreciate Woodmont Parc’s high-quality amenities and living experience in a pristine, quiet place to escape and relax.”
Those amenities include a clubhouse with a large resident lounge, game room and theater room, along with a modern fitness center and fitness studio with virtual classes on demand. The complex includes one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments with high-end finishes and appliances, Woodmont said, noting that the property also offers garage parking within each building.
In a news release, Roxbury Mayor Bob DeFillippo called Woodmont Parc “a beautiful addition to Roxbury’s diverse housing choices.”
“I want to welcome all of the new residents who have already moved into our great town,” DeFillippo said. “Today, we formally celebrate what Woodmont Properties has brought to our neighborhood — a fantastic, thoughtfully designed community that embodies the new standard of luxury living.”
Woodmont also highlighted the property’s proximity to Morristown, Rockaway, Parsippany and Denville, noting that it is less than five miles from Mount Olive and Lake Hopatcong.
“We are thrilled to continue to welcome residents at Woodmont Parc and believe its location serves as a great attraction for those seeking a home balancing convenience, accessibility and suburban calm,” said Stephen Santola, executive vice president and general counsel of Woodmont Properties. “The community is perfectly situated between New York City and Eastern Pennsylvania, offering residents easy access to the area’s primary thoroughfares for ease of travel while enjoying room to ‘spread out.’ ”
