Woodmont Properties has racked up more than a dozen awards as part of a recent program hosted by the Metropolitan Builders & Contractors Association of New Jersey.
The developer, which is based in Fairfield, announced that it won honors in 16 categories during the association’s Awards of Excellence ceremony. The accolades include a coveted Community of the Year award for Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station, a luxury rental community in Middlesex County.
Woodmont also noted that Sean Mulhall, a senior project manager with the firm, received the Project Manager of the Year award for his role at Woodmont Bay Club in Bayonne, according to a news release. Meantime, Woodmont Marketing Manager Chris Camy received the Marketing Executive of the Year award, as the firm was also honored in the Best Website category.
“Receiving our eighth ‘Community of the Year’ award is not only a tremendous honor, but an incredible testament to the hard work of our team at Woodmont Properties,” said Lewis Zlotnick, president of Woodmont Properties. “These honors directly reflect their diligence and our continued commitment to delivering the highest quality communities and homes in our region.”
Woodmont Metro at Metuchen Station, which opened in late 2016, also won awards including Best Clubhouse for a Community, Best Model for a Home Over $2,500, Best Landscaping for a Rental Community, Best Signage, Best Community Sales Presentation Video, Best Community Website, Leasing Consultant Team of the Year and Leasing Consultant of the Year for Facisha Libscomb.
Meantime, the firm won in the Best Special Promotion category for its Woodmont Townsquare project in Washington Township. At Woodmont Cove at South Amboy, the developer was recognized for Best Use of Social Media, Best Logo for a Rental Community and Best Digital Display Ad.
