An investment group has acquired a 105,000-square-foot industrial building off Interstate 78 in Jersey City, under a $10.5 million deal announced this week by Zimmel Associates.
The brokerage firm said it represented the seller of the property, 25 Linden Ave., in the transaction with SK Realty. Located adjacent to the Jersey City Public Works building, the newly traded building features 12,000 square feet of office space, tailboard loading and a tenant with several years left on its lease.
Zimmel Associates CEO David Zimmel marketed the property, securing a signed contract in one week and completing the sale within 45 days, according to a news release. Samuel Kirschenbaum represented SK Realty.
The tenant is a leader in the management and distribution of print and related offerings, the news release said.
