Zimmel Associates has found a new home in Edison’s Raritan Center after moving its headquarters for the first time in more than 25 years.
The real estate services firm announced this week that it has relocated to 105 Fieldcrest Ave., Suite 502A, where it occupies 4,300 square feet on a five-year lease. The move follows its 27- year run at 1090 King Georges Post Road, also within Raritan Center, allowing it to maintain a presence in a region where it’s especially active.
“Our previous office was part of a complex we sold to Peter Visceglia,” said David Zimmel, owner of Zimmel Associates. “His vision to redevelop the site for industrial purposes coincided with the end of our lease. This provided us the perfect opportunity to transition to 105 Fieldcrest Avenue, a building we proudly represent as the leasing broker for The Silverman Group.”
Zimmel is the leasing broker for 105 Fieldcrest Ave., a 182,000-square-foot, six-story building with a café and tenants such as Wakefern and Amwins, according to a news release. The property has seen robust leasing activity, with the firm recently finalizing deals for Mohawk Global Logistics Corp., & Partners and 1st AmeriCare.
The team is marketing more than 13,000 square feet of available space at the building.
“This location is superb for us and the clients we serve,” Zimmel said. “It allows us to continue leasing properties and facilitating deals in a region we know and love.”
