The owner of 235,000 square feet of commercial space in Somerset and Mercer counties has tapped Zimmel Associates as its leasing team for the properties.
According to a news release, the firm’s Jordan Zimmel is working on behalf of iBuy to lure tenants to the buildings. They include a freestanding 85,000-square-foot facility at 50 Atrium Drive in the Somerset section of Franklin, which will be available starting Oct. 1, offering a location just off Interstate 287, 14,000 square feet of office space, 20-foot ceiling heights, heavy power, four tailboard loading docks and one drive-in bay.
Zimmel is targeting corporate headquarters or flex industrial users.
“This is a premier building in a high-demand corridor,” said Zimmel, vice president of Edison-based Zimmel Associates. “We were chosen by the owners based on our experience, track record and deep understanding of the Somerset market. The property is functional, well-located and ready to support a wide range of business needs.”
The second property, 225 Phillips Blvd. in Ewing, comprises 150,000 square feet of office space within a 300,000-square-foot facility. iBuy will occupy the warehouse portion of the building after recently acquiring it, while Zimmel will market the remaining office space.
