A party rentals company has acquired a 10,125-square-foot industrial building in the Avenel section of Woodbridge, according to brokers with Bussel Realty Corp.
In a news release, the brokerage said it represented Hillbat Holding Co. in the sale of 1076 Route 1, which includes showroom space. Preferred Party Rentals acquired the property for $800,000.
David Blitt, senior vice president of BRC, and Jeffrey Goldfinger, vice president, represented the seller, while Daunno Realty represented the buyer.
The property is located directly off Route 1, featuring 16-foot ceiling heights, four grade-level loading doors and 156 feet of frontage on the highway.
