4001-4017 Dell Ave. in North Bergen — The Goldstein Group

The Goldstein Group has brokered the sale of a 50,000-square-foot industrial building in North Bergen, in one of two deals announced this week by the retail brokerage firm.
Chuck Lanyard, president of The Goldstein Group, announced that RDM Group had acquired the property at 4001-4017 Dell Ave. from B&W Holdings LLC. Terms were not disclosed.
Lew Finkelstein, executive vice president, and CJ Huter, vice president, completed the assignment for the Paramus-based brokerage.
In the second transaction, Finkelstein and Huter represented Gen 2 SH LLC in its sale of 470 Route 46 in South Hackensack, a 6,700-square-foot building. The team also represented the buyer, Cove Realty LLC.
“Both properties received high levels of interest when they were put on the market for sale,” Lanyard said. “Due to Lew and CJ’s abilities, they were able to provide the owner with the necessary professionalism and expertise in bringing both transactions to a successful conclusion.”
