A crowd of revelers descended on Tulfra Real Estate’s headquarters earlier this month for the firm’s annual Oktoberfest-themed party and industry appreciation event.
The developer and investment firm hosted its Octulfrafest on Oct. 3, marking the third year for the gathering. Hundreds of brokers, lenders, investment partners and other industry professionals were on hand at the company’s Rochelle Park headquarters for a night that included beer tasting, brats and other German buffet delicacies, along with sights and sounds from the iconic festival.
“We wanted to say, ‘thank you’ to all of our valued friends and colleagues who have done business with us this past year — and what better way to do that than with an authentic German celebration with a Tulfra-twist,” said Sonny Jumani, CEO and president of Tulfra Real Estate. “Their partnerships make what we do possible, and we are thankful to have them in our network.”
In a news release, the firm said a German Oom-pah band played into the evening while guests networked, posed for photos and entered raffles. Staff also donned dirndl-inspired costumes.
“The industry waits with anticipation for this event to come around,” Jumani said. “What started as a simple gathering three years ago has become one of the most coveted celebrations in the community.”
