An industrial flex building in Springfield has changed hands for nearly $2 million, Bussel Realty Corp. announced Wednesday.
In a news release, the Edison-based brokerage firm said it represented Fargo Properties in the sale of 32 Commerce St., a 12,193-square-foot property near Route 22 and the Garden State Parkway. Vangellow Properties purchased the complex for $1.92 million.
BRC Executive Vice President Gregory Irving marketed the property on behalf of the seller, while Richel Commercial represented the buyer.
“The property attracted many buyers at this price level, which indicates the strength of the industrial real estate market in New Jersey,” Irving said. “We continue to see strong demand for industrial and warehouse product in all of the state’s major submarkets.”
