An art studio has joined the tenant roster at an Atlantic County shopping center, according to a team of brokers with Vantage Real Estate Services.
The firm announced Friday that Your Creations Art Studio had leased an undisclosed amount of space at Smithville Square, which sits at 45 South New York Road in Galloway. The business is slated to open in the coming months, with a location that offers quick access to Route 9 and White Horse Pike.
Vantage RES Director of Operations Aran Ploshansky and Senior Adviser Corinne Giletto brokered the transaction. The deal marks the third at the shopping center over the past year, following last month’s commitment by a florist and gift shop.
