A florist and gift shop has signed a new lease at an Atlantic County shopping center, in a transaction arranged by Vantage Real Estate Services.
The brokerage firm on Friday announced the commitment by Scents of Flowers and Gifts, which is taking an undisclosed amount of space at Smithville Square in Galloway. Located at 45 New York Road, the space will serve as a new location for owner and designer Dawn Rasheed, providing easy access from Route 9 and other thoroughfares.
Vantage RES Director of Operations Aran Ploshansky and Senior Adviser Corinne Giletto worked closely with both Rasheed, who previously operated a flower shop in Maryland, and Scott Weinblatt of Smithville Square.
“Working with Vantage RES has provided us comfort in knowing that we are marketing to the right prospects and reaching the audience that will most benefit from a tenancy at Smithville Square,” Weinblatt said. “Under the guidance of Corinne Giletto and Aran Ploshansky, our shopping center, Smithville Square, has added several tenants to our roster, despite the global pandemic and ensuing economic fallout. We are very happy to be working with such a great team.”
