A Brooklyn-based investor has acquired a nearly 44,000-square-foot industrial building in Monmouth County, in a newly announced transaction by Gramercy Real Estate LLC.
The buyer, World Class Sales LLC, paid $4.25 million for the building at 465 Industrial Way West in Eatontown. Gramercy’s Zev Steinmetz represented the purchaser, while Joe Soos of Preferred Industrial Properties represented the seller.
Steinmetz also noted that Valley National Bank financed the acquisition. The 43,676-square-foot property, which is just east of Route 18, is minutes from the Garden State Parkway, Route 36 and other area highways.
