A two-building, 20,000-square-foot office portfolio has changed hands in Camden County’s Waterford Township, under a deal arranged by Vantage Commercial.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the trade of 277 and 289 White Horse Pike, the terms of which were not disclosed. Located in the municipality’s Atco section, the neighboring properties are less than a mile from Route 73 and about 10 miles from the Atlantic City Expressway.
Vantage Commercial Vice President Ken Richardson and Managing Director Emily Stein brokered the transaction. They noted that, effective immediately after the close, Vantage Property Management took over the property management of both buildings.
“We are thrilled to have successfully closed the sale of the 277 and 289 White Horse Pike office buildings,” Richardson said. “In today’s market for office buildings, this sale demonstrates our team’s ability to negotiate deals and deliver positive outcomes for our clients. We are proud to have represented the best interests of both the buyers and sellers and are confident that Vantage Property Management will continue to uphold the highest standards of property management for the new owners.”
