Dalfen Industrial has added to its New Jersey portfolio with the acquisition of a nearly seven-acre parcel in Old Bridge, in a deal arranged by Kassin Sabbagh Realty.
According to the brokerage team, the investment firm paid $7.6 million for the property at 299-369 Old Water Works Road. A post by Traded New Jersey lists the seller as Suzanne Jarrell, with KSR’s Shaya Nisnevitz and Bunny Escava brokering the transaction.
The deal comes less than two months after Dalfen, which is based in Dallas, announced its purchase of a newly completed, 99,714-square-foot warehouse at 401 Cottontail Lane in Somerset, marking its first acquisition in central New Jersey. Its newly added property in Old Bridge is less than two miles from Route 9, which provides users with access to Route 18 and other major highways in the region.
