A specialty medical group has sold a 6,000-square-foot office building in downtown Teaneck, brokers with NAI James E. Hanson announced Tuesday.
The seller, Teaneck Medical LLC, completed the deal with Only Grace Properties after outgrowing and relocating from the property at 315 Cedar Lane, according to a news release. Its operation at the building included a fully furnished, 3,800-square-foot dental office that the buyer plans to use for its own practice.
NAI Hanson’s Darren Lizzack and Randy Horning represented Teaneck Medical in the sale and in its purchase of a 10,000-square-foot office in Paramus in September 2022. Re/Max Signature Homes represented the buyer.
Terms were not disclosed.
“With its fully built-out suite ideally suited for a dentist’s office and close proximity to two major hospitals, the buyer recognized 315 Cedar Lane as the perfect user/investment purchase to support their growing practice,” Lizzack said. “We’re proud to have connected our client with an ideal buyer for the building and we look forward to continuing to provide the services they need.”
NAI Hanson added that 315 Cedar Lane is accessible via Route 4 and Interstate 80, while it’s minutes from both Holy Name Medical Center and Hackensack University Medical Center. The two-story building also has a private on-site parking lot for tenants and customers.
