A new Dollar Tree is coming to Hackensack after leasing nearly 6,100 square feet at Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ Summit Plaza property off Route 17.
The location at 370 West Pleasantview Ave. will be among the chain’s more than 16,000 discount variety stores across the U.S. and Canada, according to a news release. The Chesapeake, Virginia-based chain will occupy 6,090 square feet at the 100,000-square-foot Stop & Shop-anchored property, which sits at the nexus of Route 17, Summit Avenue and West Pleasantview Avenue and is accessible from Interstate 80 and routes 4 and 46.
“Alfred Sanzari Enterprises is thrilled to welcome Dollar Tree to Summit Plaza and the Hackensack community,” said Carolina Gutierrez, leasing and marketing manager of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “As we continue to enhance our roster of in-demand retail tenants, we are proud to have established Summit Plaza as one of the premier shopping destinations in the Bergen County area.”
Carrying a broad mix of merchandise at low price-points, Dollar Tree offers products across departments such as housewares, glasswares, cleaning supplies, toys, health and beauty, party supplies and seasonal décor, the news release said.
