Alfred Sanzari Enterprises has unveiled its multimillion-dollar update of the Glenpointe Marriott’s meeting and event space, the latest enhancement of its flagship campus in Teaneck.
According to the real estate firm, the project transformed the hotel’s 39,317 square feet of ballroom and conference areas, integrating natural elements inspired by the nearby Palisades Interstate Park with a sleek, contemporary design. That included replacing carpeting, wall coverings, paint and furniture throughout the first- and second-floor pre-function spaces, boardrooms and meeting rooms, as well as the 1,200-person capacity ballroom.
Alfred Sanzari Enterprises’ in-house construction management team spearheaded the project at the 351-room, full-service hotel at 100 Frank W. Burr Blvd., part of the 50-acre Glenpointe campus at the nexus of interstates 80 and 85. The firm worked alongside HotelStudio and Kimmerle Newman Architects, while collaborating with Soho Art Consulting to commission artwork from New Jersey artist Leena Joshi and others to complete the design transformation.
“Strategic, ongoing investments are central to our long-term ownership philosophy, ensuring our properties remain best in class,” said Ryan Sanzari, president of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. “These capital improvements underscore our dedication to further enhancing the Glenpointe campus, solidifying its status as northern New Jersey’s premier corporate destination.”
