Yada Properties is welcoming two new retail tenants to a mixed-use property in Readington after a set of leases totaling nearly 6,600 square feet.
According to the landlord, the deals at Cushetunk Commons at 422 Route 22 include a 4,422-square-foot commitment by Artist Collective Salon, which plans to open in the third quarter. Meantime, a new café known as Flavors of Portugal took 2,162 square feet and is slated to open this month.
Yada Properties owns and manages the building in Readington’s Whitehouse Station section, which has 13,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 12 second-floor apartments, and handles leasing. RIPCO Real Estate’s David Morrow and Therese O’Brian represented ownership at the time of the deal.
