Trammell Crow Co. has added to its team in the tristate area with the hiring of Jagger Riefler as a vice president, the developer announced Wednesday.
Riefler, who is based in Manhattan, will be responsible for sourcing and overseeing new industrial development opportunities throughout New York, New Jersey and western Connecticut. He joins TCC from Prologis Inc., where he quickly progressed from analyst to associate to manager of investments, and has held positions with other prominent commercial real estate firms.
TCC noted that Riefler will work directly under Jessica Fraser, who leads TCC’s industrial development team throughout the New York City metro region.
“We are pleased to welcome Jagger to our team,” said Fraser, a senior vice president with TCC. “His intuition and skill at finding deals and new opportunities will be invaluable as we seek to grow our presence across the NYC metro area. We look forward to his contributions in driving our growth and success.”
According to a news release, Riefler has demonstrated expertise in evaluating, originating, negotiating and managing underwriting of acquisitions and development opportunities across New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Toronto. Notably, he underwrote and contributed to Prologis’ acquisition of Duke Realty and played a key role in evaluating the firm’s North American portfolio for potential data center conversion and redevelopment.
His transaction experience includes significant assets in New York and New Jersey, totaling more than $200 million, the news release said. He has also held positions at TPG Angelo Gordon and Cushman & Wakefield, while he holds a bachelor’s in economics from Trinity College.
