A longtime car wash operator is opening a new location on Route 22 in Green Brook, according to a brokerage team with Deluccia Commercial Group.
In a news release, the firm’s Tim Deluccia said the business will occupy a former Valley Bank location under a long-term ground lease with the Checchio Family 302 Route 22 LLC. The tenant, which has razed the previous building at 302 Route 22 West, operates spa car wash and oil change centers, having opened his first location in 1996 in Hackensack and his second in 1988 at a former bank property in Hillside.
Deluccia represented both parties.
