A new health care practice has leased nearly 1,300 square feet at a Passaic County shopping center, according to a brokerage team with Azarian Realty Co.
The tenant, Lakeland Chiropractic & Acupuncture, is now among more than two dozen businesses at Fieldstone Park Shopping Center in Ringwood after taking over a space once occupied by Gingie Makes. Kevin Pelio of Azarian Realty Co. represented both parties in the roughly 1,250-square-foot deal at 130 Skyline Drive, noting that the space will serve as the practice’s first location.
In a news release, the leasing team said Fieldstone Park spans around 95,500 square feet and sits on an 11.9-acre lot in a neighborhood filled with single-family homes, small businesses and assisted living. The annual average daily traffic for the center is 13,047, Azarian said, adding that the median age for the borough is 43, while the median income is $142,529.
The property’s owner is currently looking for a junior anchor tenant and has plans to undergo a full exterior makeover in the next year, the news release said.
