The owner of a roughly 40,000-square-foot strip center in Edison has secured its latest tenant, in a newly announced deal by Chilmark Real Estate Services.
According to the brokerage team, Kapi Klaw Entertainment will occupy 5,000 square feet at Nixon Plaza on Route 27. That provides it with a busy, highly visible location near the intersection of Sturgis Road and in one of the state’s largest municipalities.
Martin Krehel, who joined Morristown-based Chilmark in late 2023, represented both the tenant and the landlord, Edison Center LLC.
