A new quick-service café is coming to Rochelle Park after taking space at a highly visible shopping center, in a newly announced deal by Azarian Realty Co.
According to a news release, Café Bonjour is leasing 1,124 square feet at 444 Rochelle Ave. to backfill a unit once occupied by Dunkin’. The 6,333-square-foot Rochelle Park Shopping Center is now fully leased, Azarian said, touting its location at the signalized corner of Rochelle Avenue and Passaic Street near the service road for the Garden State Plaza.
The real estate firm’s Kevin Pelio represented both parties in the transaction, noting that Rochelle Park Shopping Center is also home to Ted’s Deli, Maguro Sushi, Black Onyx Tattoo, Moe’s Pizzeria & Pasta and Your CBD Store. The site will be the first location for Café Bonjour, which will offer both hot and iced specialty drinks including coffees and teas, as well as grab-and-go items like pastries, toasts, sandwiches, pancakes and desserts.
