Chabad of SE Morris County has acquired a 35,000-square-foot building in Florham Park, according to a brokerage team with Newmark Associates Commercial Real Estate.
The property, 215 Ridgedale Ave., will serve as a new learning center and community hub after what the listing agent described as a multimillion-dollar sale. Newmark Associates President Susanne Newmark arranged the transaction, noting that the firm originally sold the land on which the building was constructed close to 40 years ago.
“We are honored to have represented this sale, particularly one that will bring such meaningful educational and community resources to Florham Park and beyond,” Newmark said, noting that the acquisition by Chabad of SE Morris County reflects a continued investment in strengthening community connections, offering educational opportunities and expanding cultural and spiritual programs in the region.
