Two commercial condominiums in the Skillman section of Montgomery have changed hands for a combined $610,000, in a set of deals arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The Princeton-area brokerage firm said the spaces, at 176 and 178 Tamarack Circle, each span 1,500 square feet and sold in transactions involving education users. The assets traded for $295,000 and $315,000, respectively, with CPN Vice President Al Toto completing both deals.
In a separate transaction, also arranged by Toto, Compass Advisors Group leased 342 square feet of office space at Pennington’s Howe Commons at 65 South Main St. At 83 Princeton Ave. in nearby Hopewell, CORE Sports Medicine & Lifestyle Medicine leased 1,538 square feet for five years, while The Better Coach LLC took 543 square feet for three years.
