An orthodontist has signed a new lease at a Pennington office building after acquiring a practice long based at the property, in a deal arranged by Commercial Property Network Inc.
The brokerage team said DeSimone & Kelley Orthodontics occupies 1,143 square feet under a fresh 10-year lease at Pennington Point West, a 30,000-square-foot complex at 2 Tree Farm Road at the Route 31 intersection. The deal follows Dr. Nicholas Kelley’s acquisition of the former DeSimone Orthodontics, which had operated at the property for some 30 years.
Commercial Property Network Senior Vice President Al Toto brokered the deal, noting that Pennington Point West is 100 percent occupied. He added that a sister property, Pennington Point East, has only a 1,302-square-foot space remaining.
