The owner of a 12-acre development site in Hopewell Township has listed the property for sale — with approvals in place for some 108,000 square feet of warehouse or flex space.
William Barish, a broker and owner Commercial Property Network Inc., is now marketing the parcel at 38 Route 31 with an asking price of $50 per square foot. Plans at the site call for 32-foot clear ceiling heights and other modern features, leveraging a location with more than 500 feet of frontage along the corridor and minutes from major highways such as Interstates 295, Route 1 and others.
The would-be seller, which has secured site plan approval, would also consider a build-to-suit “subject to terms that make sense,” Barish said.
