Larken Associates has lured a new tenant to a shopping center just outside New Jersey — in Pennsylvania’s Pike County — signing a lease with a growing eye care practice.
The Branchburg-based firm said the business, Fusion Eyewear LLC, will occupy 1,200 square feet at Westfall Town Center in Matamoras. The property at 111 Hulst Drive will serve as the practice’s second Pennsylvania location, where it will provide eyeglass frames, lenses and accessories, as well as comprehensive eye exams and vision care services.
Victor Kelly, executive vice president of Larken Associates’ commercial division, represented the landlord in-house.
“Westfall Town Center continues to attract a diverse mix of tenants that serve the daily needs of residents of Pike County and the surrounding communities,” Kelly said. “Fusion Eyewear is a great addition to our tenant roster at the center, and we look forward to seeing them serve residents from across the region for years to come.”
Fusion Eyewear, an independently owned store, joins the 203,907-square-foot retail center alongside anchors ShopRite and TJ Maxx. The property is also home to tenants such as Planet Fitness, Dollar Tree, Flagship Cinemas, Wendy’s and Perkins Restaurant, benefiting from its location along Route 6 and proximity to interstates 84 and 209.
