A private investor has purchased a 10,000-square-foot professional and medical office building in Boonton, according to a brokerage team with Newmark Associates CRE.
The firm said the property, 550 Main St., has roughly a dozen private offices and a diverse mix of medical, wellness and professional tenants. That has helped it become a well-known fixture in the local business community while adding to its appeal for prospective buyers, giving way to the sale by Newmark Associates’ Jenna Glick.
The company added that Glick, a senior associate, is a principal contributor to its expanding investment team. The transaction, meantime, reflects continued investor demand for well-leased suburban office properties in prime Morris County locations.
