A managed information technology provider has leased more than 7,600 square feet of office space in Pennsauken, brokers with Vantage Commercial announced Thursday.
The tenant, PCH Technologies, will use the location at 6981 North Park Drive as its new headquarters, according to a news release. The brokerage team noted that the office will span 7,624 square feet across parts of the fifth and sixth floors, featuring a staircase and views of the Philadelphia skyline and the Cooper River.
Vantage Commercial Senior Adviser Vince Ceroli and Managing Director Emily Stein represented PCH, which specializes in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence solutions.
