Sitex Group has announced three new hires and a promotion on its Englewood-based team as it supports a growing industrial portfolio in New Jersey, New York and South Florida.
Among the recent additions are Wayne Farquha, a former senior manager of commercial properties at Mapletree. In his new role as vice president of construction, he’ll oversee construction strategy and execution across Sitex’s industrial assets, focusing on complex redevelopment and repositioning projects as well as ground-up development.
Also joining the firm is Property Manager Amanda Galasso, formerly of JLL, who brings experience in the management of multitenant industrial properties. Additionally, Sitex has hired Sam Bass as an analyst, noting that the recent Georgetown University graduate will support its investment and asset management teams with financial analysis and market research.
Meantime, Sitex has promoted Abe Mandel to vice president of property management. He will lead property management initiatives while advancing operational efficiency and tenant experience, having joined the team in 2024.
“These individuals bring tremendous experience, energy, and perspective to our business,” said Zach McHugh, a principal at Sitex Group. “Their skills and commitment are critical as we continue to expand our presence in the region’s most dynamic industrial markets.”
Blake Chroman, a fellow principal, added: “Our success has always been rooted in our people. This team reinforces our ability to deliver disciplined execution, consistent results and the highest standards of professionalism in the industrial real estate sector.”
