Bennett Realty & Development has hired John Bothner as an associate with its Holmdel-based team of leasing and commercial sales brokers.
In a news release, the firm said Bothner comes to the role with a strong foundation in technical sales from the industrial computer design and manufacturing sector, bringing analytical thinking, problem-solving skills and a client-focused approach to his work. He’s also a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson, allowing him to support BR&D’s brokerage team and work alongside First Vice President Joel Dicker.
“Finding young talent is not easy in this industry and I’m confident John will be a great asset to our firm, team and clients alike,” said Tyler Bennett, the firm’s founder and CEO.
BR&D noted that Bothner holds a bachelor’s in computer science from Monmouth University, giving him a data-driven perspective on market analysis, investment evaluations and property performance, the news release said. The firm also said he lived in Japan for three years and is conversational in Japanese, allowing him to build strong cross-cultural relationships and communicate effectively in diverse business settings.
