A burger and cheesesteak concept is expanding in the region after signing three new leases in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester counties, brokers with Vantage Commercial said Thursday.
According to a news release, the deals by Gouldsburger’s include a 1,400-square-foot commitment in the Sicklerville section of Winslow Township, at Cross Keys Center at 681 Cross Keys Road. In the Marlton section of Evesham Township, the chain has taken 1,600 square feet to backfill a former Bombay Express location at Allison Shopping Center at 27 North Maple Ave., while it will occupy 950 square feet at 111 High St. in Glassboro.
Vantage Commercial Managing Director Emily Stein, Vice President Ken Richardson, Senior Broker Vince Ceroli and Sales Associate Neil Kakumanu represented both the landlord and tenant in most of the transactions. They noted that the new sites, which represent Gouldsburger’s seventh, eighth and ninth restaurants, are for a combination of corporate and franchise locations.
Owned by David Murray and Walter Gouldsbury, the chain is known for its elevated fast-casual menu featuring burgers and cheesesteaks, the news release said. It has additional locations in planning in the region with the support of Vantage Commercial.
