An electrical equipment company has taken more than 11,000 square feet of office space in Woodbridge, according to a brokerage team with Bussel Realty Corp.
The tenant, Lincoln Electric Products Inc., will use the location at 517 Route 1 to support its continued operations and long-term growth initiatives in New Jersey. It’s leasing the space from Baycrest Woodbridge Associates LLC, the owner of the 146,600-square-foot property, where it will benefit from easy access to the area’s extensive retail and restaurant offerings, highways such as the New Jersey Turnpike and the Garden State Parkway and the hotel rooms, conference facilities and on-site dining at the connected Sheraton Edison Hotel Raritan Center.
BRC Principal Jordan Metz, Senior Associate Benito Abbate and Sales Associate James Friel represented the tenant, a manufacturer of electrical power distribution and control solutions serving commercial, industrial, utility and infrastructure markets, according to a news release. JLL represented ownership in the 11,214-square-foot lease.
