Cresa has strengthened its team in the region with the addition of veteran office brokers Kenneth Salzman and Seth Rosen.
The firm, which represents tenants exclusively, said Salzman and Rosen join its New York office as a principal and vice president, respectively. Both come with deep client rosters and decades of combined experience, most recently working as a team with Lee & Associates NYC.
“We are closing out the year on a high note with the addition of Ken and Seth,” said Michael Morris, co-leader of Cresa’s New York City office. “Their arrival instantly elevates our platform, expands our expertise and strengthens the strong foundation we already have in place. We are excited to harness this momentum as we activate a robust growth plan for 2026.”
Salzman, who has more than 20 years of experience, has represented major corporations, institutions and nonprofits throughout the New York metropolitan area and North America, according to a news release. Cresa cited his creative transaction skills, use of analytics and collaborative negotiating style, noting that he has worked with clients such as Adams Clinical Services, the American Heart Association, Aramex, Dime Bank and many others.
Additionally, Salzman is the longtime treasurer and an executive committee member of the Union Square Partnership District Management Association. He’s also treasurer of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtor’s New York City and downstate chapter and a member of the Real Estate Board of New York.
Rosen, for his part, began his career in real estate after a successful stint in financial services, the news release said. Now an 11-year veteran of the industry, he has built a successful career representing tenants and providing advisory services to his clients across a variety of sectors, while he is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, and REBNY member.
Among the duo’s transactions are the New York School of the Arts’ 30,000-square-foot lease at 315 East 62nd St. in Manhattan; Wildflower Charter School Network’s 25,000-square-foot lease at 1332 Fulton Ave. in the Bronx and Building Brilliance’s 15,000-square-foot lease at 1-14 56th Ave. in Long Island City. In addition, Salzman and Rosen oversee multimarket portfolios on behalf of several clients and recently negotiated leases for Early Warning Services in New York, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., totaling 85,000 square feet, among others.
“In Cresa we have found a like-minded partnership where the team of professionals have devoted their careers to an occupier advocacy approach to commercial real estate,” Salzman said. “It’s a refreshing perspective on the industry, one that inspires us, and we are looking forward to leveraging the platform to deliver exceptional results to our valued clients.”
