The Industrial and Office Real Estate Brokers Association is marking another successful year of networking and education, as it looks ahead to a popular event that’s just three months away.
The group recently hosted its annual party at The Highlawn in West Orange, capping off what it described as a strong and productive 2025 highlighted by active member participation, timely market-focused programming and continued collaboration across the commercial real estate industry. All of which helped bring together many of the region’s top brokers, developers, owners, lenders, attorneys and service providers.
“IOREBA continues to be a vital forum for meaningful dialogue and professional connection, especially during periods of economic transition,” said Lorenzo Lambiase, a vice president with NAI James E. Hanson, who serves as IOREBA’s president. “The engagement we saw throughout 2025 reflects the strength of our membership and the value of coming together to exchange ideas and build relationships.”
Looking ahead to 2026, the group said it was already preparing for its annual Developer’s Night that is among its most popular events of the year. Scheduled for March 30, from 5 to 9 p.m., the event is expected to once again draw a strong turnout of leading developers and commercial real estate professionals from across the region to the Teaneck Marriott at Glenpointe.
