A six-unit apartment building in West New York has changed hands for more than $2.2 million, in a newly announced deal by Marcus & Millichap.
Brokers with the firm represented the private seller in the transaction at 30 63rd St., noting that the collection of two-bedroom apartments is a block from John F. Kennedy Boulevard East and some three miles from the Lincoln Tunnel. It also benefits from renovations including a new roof and upgrades to plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
“Multifamily properties in West New York remain highly attractive to the investment community,” said Devin Perez, an associate for investments with Marcus & Millichap. “We secured a buyer at approximately $368,000 per unit, representing the highest price per unit sold in 2025 in West New York.”
Perez, along with the firm’s Alan Cafiero and Brent Hyldahl, completed the $2.21 million deal.
