Vantage Commercial has expanded its reach and resources after joining TCN Worldwide, an international alliance of independent commercial real estate firms.
Based in Cherry Hil, the company said the affiliation enhances its ability to connect local market expertise with global capital, cross-border relationships and collaborative transaction capabilities. It will continue to serve as an independent commercial real services firm, offering a platform that includes investment sales and acquisitions, landlord and tenant representation, health care and multifamily advisory, property management, business brokerage, land sales and development and valuation and advisory services.
“Joining TCN Worldwide represents a meaningful step forward for our firm and, most importantly, for our clients,” said Leor Hemo, founder, CEO and president of Vantage Commercial. “Our team has built a strong regional platform rooted in thoughtful strategy and execution. Becoming part of TCN Worldwide allows us to pair that local expertise with a powerful global network — creating new opportunities, deeper insight and expanded reach on every assignment.”
The firm, which serves New Jersey, Philadelphia and Eastern Pennsylvania, now has access to a global network of commercial real estate agencies across the Americas, Europe and Asia, enabling what it described as seamless collaboration on cross-market and international transactions while preserving the agility and accountability of a boutique advisory shop.
“Vantage brings a strong regional presence, a broad service offering and a client-centric mindset that aligns well with TCN’s collaborative culture,” said Ross Ford, CEO and president of TCN Worldwide. “Their addition strengthens our coverage in the Greater Philadelphia region and creates new opportunities for collaboration across our global membership.”
