Sheldon Gross Realty has promoted Josh Glussky to assistant vice president, expanding his role with the West Orange-based firm after his arrival nearly three years ago.
According to a news release, Glussky will have increased responsibilities related to client strategy, transaction execution and business development. He’ll continue to focus on selling and leasing commercial properties, primarily in central New Jersey, as he has since joining the firm in 2023 as a corporate sales representative.
Prior to his career in commercial real estate, Glussky was a risk, fraud and cybersecurity professional based in Manhattan, the news release said. He holds a bachelor’s in finance, with an entrepreneurship minor, from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
“Josh has an impressive command of the commercial real estate business, demonstrating consistently strong judgment and a commitment to success,” Sheldon Gross Realty President Marcy Gross said. “This promotion reflects his contributions to the firm, as well as our confidence in his continued growth.”
