The Kislak Co. Inc. has brokered the sale of a nearly 6,400-square-foot industrial flex building in Middlesex Borough, the Woodbridge-based firm announced Wednesday.
Max Levinston, a vice president with the company, arranged the transaction at 207 Blackford Ave. after listing it on behalf of Gajarsky Realty LLC. An owner-occupier purchased the 6,375-square-foot facility for $1.05 million, Kislak said, reflecting its location just two miles from Interstate 287 and Route 22 and its well-maintained condition.
Features include seven private offices, three bathrooms, a kitchenette, a professional conference room, 11-foot ceilings, two loading areas and dedicated parking, according to a news release. The now-former owner replaced the roof and HVAC systems in 2021, ensuring modern functionality and reduced maintenance costs.
“Our marketing efforts generated tremendous interest in the property, attracting multiple, competing offers shortly after our assignment began,” Levinson said. “This is a strong indication of the ongoing demand for quality flex properties in today’s market.”
