A full-service accounting firm has taken 2,100 square feet at a Somerset County office building, in a newly announced deal by Deluccia Commercia Group.
The practice, Connolly & Co., will occupy Suite 5 at 31 Mountain Blvd. in Warren under an eight-year lease with Warrenville Associates LLC. That provides what the brokerage team described as a well-configured layout designed to accommodate private offices, administrative workspace and client meeting areas, while the firm will benefit from its proximity to Interstate 78 and Route 22.
Deluccia Commercial Group’s Bill Gazi represented the tenant, while Marc Shein of NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. represented ownership.
“Situated along Mountain Boulevard, the property offers direct access placing it within easy reach of surrounding business hubs throughout central and northern New Jersey,” Deluccia Commercial wrote in a press release. “The Warren submarket continues to attract professional service firms seeking stable, high-income demographics, ample parking and a well-maintained office environment.”
