Sparrow Management is marking five years since its founding — and it’s looking ahead to another milestone after a major expansion of its footprint in 2025.
Based in Bloomfield, the full-service property management firm said it’s now approaching a portfolio of more than 2,000 units under management on behalf of real estate owners and developers. That follows a banner year in which it took on nine properties, with plans to add five more in the second quarter of this year.
