Andrew Ravitz

Wolf Commercial Real Estate has welcomed Andrew Ravitz as an advisor, deepening its bench of young brokers as it focuses on long-term growth.
The firm, which is based in the Marlton section of Evesham Township, said Ravitz is a recent graduate of Temple University and a licensed real estate salesperson in New Jersey. He joins WCRE with deep ties to the South Jersey business community through Ravitz Family Markets, a well-known, multigenerational food service company.
In his new role, he will work alongside the firm’s experienced brokers to develop his expertise, gain hands-on experience and contribute to client-focused advisory services.
“Andrew represents the next generation of talent at WCRE,” said Jason Wolf, WCRE’s managing principal. “Our growth is driven not only by experience, but by the addition of individuals who bring strong local relationships and a fresh perspective. Andrew’s background, community ties and connections align perfectly with our strategy as we continue building a platform centered around collaboration and long-term success.”
In a news release, WCRE said Ravitz’s background positions him to naturally build relationships and engage with regional retailers as part of its ongoing growth strategy. The new hire, meantime, is the latest addition to a growing roster of both experienced leaders and emerging professionals that benefit from the firm’s fully integrated in-house marketing, research and operations teams, which it said allows brokers to quickly gain exposure, build knowledge and contribute to the company’s success.
Ravitz holds a bachelor of business administration in business management from Temple.
“I’m excited to begin my career at Wolf Commercial Real Estate,” Ravitz said. “The opportunity to learn from experienced brokers and be part of a team that prioritizes collaboration and long-term relationships is incredibly valuable. I’m looking forward to growing within the firm and contributing to its continued success.”
