Private investors have acquired an eight-acre low-coverage industrial property in Somerville for nearly $14.8 million, in a deal arranged by The Boniakowski Commercial Real Estate Group.
Brokers with the firm represented both parties in the transaction at 51 Tannery Road, noting that the site includes a 22,000-square-foot warehouse and is approved for outdoor storage. The high-demand parcel is also fully occupied by multiple tenants, adding to the appeal for the buyers in the $14.75 million deal.
BCREG Senior Vice President Todd Gannet listed the property on behalf of ERCCI Land Co. LLC, “working through the many challenges and completing this deal,” the firm said.
“Our additional thanks are extended to the buyer and seller for working together to bring this transaction to a conclusion,” BCREG wrote.
