Three tenants at a West Orange office building have signed renewals, accounting for nearly 18,000 square feet in recent leasing at the 101,000-square-foot property.
The largest among them, MHA, has been a tenant at 80 Main St. since 2019 and occupies roughly 12,000 square feet, according to brokers with Sheldon Gross Realty. The deal follows multiple expansions by the nonprofit long known as Mental Health Association of Morris and Essex Inc.
Sheldon Gross Vice President Eric Weston represented ownership in the transaction and in the two other renewals. They include deals with the law firm Greenberg Minasian LLC, which occupies 3,833 square feet, and attorney Richard Greifinger, who leases 1,988 square feet.
“These lease renewals reflect two things — the property’s ongoing appeal and the stability of its tenant base,” Weston said. “It’s particularly gratifying to see tenants like the Mental Health Association steadily expanding the amount of space they occupy within the property.”
Sheldon Gross is also a longtime tenant of the five-story building, which provides quick access to Interstate 280 and the Garden State Parkway. The property, a 20-minute drive from Newark Liberty International Airport, is also home to health care professionals, a commercial real estate firm, accountants, construction firms, a recruiter and a bank.
Ownership completed a full renovation of the main lobby in 2025.
