David Milewski
Vision Properties has promoted David Milewski to managing director, expanding his role with the firm and the affiliated Arena Capital Group as it continues to scale its platform.
The firms, which are based in Tampa but have a strong presence in New Jersey, said Milewski has been an integral team member since 2016 and will oversee their regional investment strategy, execution and business development. Much of that platform centers on high-end office properties such as 180 Park Ave. in Florham Park, which Vision has stabilized during Milewski’s tenure as Northeast vice president.
The company also credits him with overseeing more than $30 million in tenant and capital improvement projects across the regional portfolio and leading asset management consulting assignments in the Northeast, which Vision views as a growing need in today’s real estate environment.
“David has consistently demonstrated the ‘owner’s mentality’ that defines our firm,” said Fred Arena, managing partner and CEO of Vision Properties. “Since joining us nearly a decade ago, he has transitioned from an exceptional asset manager to a strategic leader who has been pivotal in the success of our New Jersey platform. This promotion reflects our confidence in his ability to drive our portfolio forward during this next phase of growth.”
The firm said Milewski, a Rutgers University graduate and former captain of the Scarlet Knights football team, has built a reputation in the New Jersey market for a disciplined, performance-oriented approach to asset management.
“I am honored to take on this expanded role at a time when the office sector requires more creative and hands-on management than ever before,” Milewski said. “Vision has a unique ability to find value in complex environments, and I look forward to working with our partners to execute on our long-term vision for the portfolio.”
