Salil Sheth has joined RHO Residential as its chief operating officer, bringing extensive experience in real estate operations and development.
According to the firm, Sheth most recently as a senior vice president at Ironstate Development, where he led day-to-day operations across a complex mixed-use portfolio. His oversight included leasing, marketing, financial performance, vendor relations and operational strategy across residential, retail, hotel and office assets.
In his new role RHO, Sheth will lead operations across RHO’s portfolio, driving performance, efficiency and consistency across both lease-up and stabilized communities. He’ll also work in tandem with founder Brenda Cioce, part of a growing executive leadership team to support the firm’s expansion.

In a news release, RHO noted that Cioce and Sheth have worked together for more than 25 years across several organizations, including AvalonBay Communities Inc., Trammell Crow Residential, Roseland Residential Trust and Ironstate.
