G.S. Wilcox & Co. is growing its team with the addition of Ryan Mansbach as a vice president, the commercial real estate mortgage banking firm announced this week.
In his new role, Mansbach will focus on sourcing debt and equity financing opportunities across asset classes, according to a news release. He joins the Morristown-area firm from Four Springs Capital Trust, where he served as a corporate development consultant focused on capital raising initiatives and mergers and acquisitions activity.
Mansbach is also a former officer in the United States Army, holding roles as a fire support officer, platoon leader and staff officer in both the U.S. and South Korea, the news release said. Additionally, he is a mentor with American Corporate Partners, assisting veterans transitioning into civilian careers, and holds a bachelor’s in systems management from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
