With less than a year until completion, the developer of what will be more than 130 new oceanfront condominiums in Long Branch has marked a key construction milestone.
The firm, Stillman International Development, announced this week that it has topped off the structural framework for what’s known as The Atlantic Club Residences at 390 Ocean Ave. North. That includes two towers that it says will bring “Miami-style” luxury to the Jersey Shore, with the full project slated to open in early 2027 after breaking ground in mid-2024.
Developed by Shore Point Architecture, the property sits on nearly four acres along the city’s coastline and will have a distinctive geometry inspired by the iconic Fontainebleau in Miami, giving 128 of its 132 luxury homes direct ocean views, Stillman said. Already, the developer has sold a penthouse for $5.95 million — the highest condo sale in Monmouth County history.
“Topping off The Atlantic Club Residences is not just a construction milestone; it is the realization of a vision to deliver a new caliber of luxury real estate on this prime stretch of the Atlantic Coast just 45 minutes from New York City,” Roy Stillman, president of Stillman Development International, said in a prepared statement. “We are grateful to our world-class partners who tirelessly execute to perfection and share our commitment to delivering an exceptional waterfront lifestyle.”

The developer, which held a topping off ceremony in late June, said the homes will range from one to five bedrooms with 993 to 4,246 square feet of living space. Residents will have upscale interiors along with more than 75,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenity spaces, including a high-end fitness center with dedicated studios for spinning, yoga and meditation, as well as a luxury spa and a dedicated pet spa.
The property will also have a private cinema, a virtual reality room, a sports simulator, a billiards and poker lounge and a private music practice room, along with an expansive pool deck with sunbeds, fire pits and grills as well as a rooftop sun terrace, according to a news release. Stillman added that the building has no public restaurant or bar, ensuring that all spaces remain exclusively for residents and their guests.
Interior build-outs will now proceed rapidly, the firm said.
